William Law serves as the Learning & Development Specialist for Holden Conner. Originally from Taholah, Washington, and now based in Jonesboro, Arkansas, William is focused on fully integrating the learning and development function across the Holden Conner family of businesses. His goal is to streamline training processes and create clear, achievable pathways for team members to grow and advance within the organization.

William holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and certifications in Training and Development as well as the Faculty Development Instructor Course. With more than seven years of experience in both in-person and online training environments, he brings extensive expertise in recruiting, retention, leadership, and soft skills instruction. His background includes serving as a Recruiting Manager for the largest Marine Corps recruiting station in Arkansas and developing the Retention Program for the Army National Guard.

Outside of work, William enjoys lifting weights, a passion he’s maintained for more than 20 years, cheering on the Seattle Seahawks, and spending time with his wife and their four (soon to be five) children.
