Matt Mullins serves as General Counsel for Holden Conner, working closely with company leadership on acquisitions, commercial transactions, corporate governance, risk management, real estate, financing, and strategic business matters. His experience spans corporate and transactional law, mergers and acquisitions, estate and tax planning, trust administration, and business governance.

A native of Conway, Arkansas, Matt holds a bachelor’s degree and MBA from the University of Central Arkansas, a Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas School of Law, and an LL.M. in Taxation from Southern Methodist University. He is licensed to practice law in Arkansas.

Matt lives in Jonesboro and enjoys hunting, traveling with family and friends, and spending time at the ballpark watching his kids play.
